The three houses
Each house has a cook, a concierge by name, and the kind of breakfast that ends at noon. We will not add a fourth house. We're trying to get the eleven rooms exactly right.

June 2025 · three houses
Rafael's group did the three-house route in June. Adelaida coordinated dinners at every village. The driver knew the back road from Comporta to Lagos. They arrived at Quinta Voss for harvest.
September 2025 · Casa Lourenço
Inés has stayed at Casa Lourenço three years running. She knows the cook by name; the cook knows what she eats for breakfast. The pool is small enough that you remember whose drink is whose.
May 2025 · Hotel Adelaida
Soraya emailed Adelaida from JFK at 9 a.m. By the time she landed in Faro she had a vineyard tour, a coastal-walk guide, and a Sunday dinner booked. None of it was upselling. It was answers.
Online travel agencies charge each hotel 15–22%. We pass that back to you. The direct price is the same as theirs or lower, and the concierge is on email by the time you've booked.
